The Madone Rouge is elegant, gastronomic with notes of candied red fruits and spices.
This vintage is vinified in French oak barrels for a few months to give it fleshy and elegant notes.
Best enjoyed at a temperature of approximately 16-18°C. This complex wine needs to be decanted for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Food pairings
The Madone rouge pairs perfectly with a matured rib of beef, a vegetable gratin, a duck breast or even a chocolate fondant.
