The Estate
At the Panéry estate, time stretches out.
At Panéry, everything begins with a small detail: a breeze rustling through the vines, a curtain fluttering, the scent of toast. Nestled between olive groves and garrigue scrubland, the estate feels like a true escape. Here, luxury is understated—in a thoughtful gesture, a table in the shade, a finely crafted organic wine, fresh olive oil. Between nature, art, and history, Panéry embodies a sincere, free-spirited, and deeply rooted hospitality. A chic rural retreat to be experienced, savored—and sometimes, allowed to be profoundly moved.

Olive oils
At Panéry, each olive variety is pressed separately to reveal its unique character. This singular choice allows the full richness of the Gard terroir to be expressed through pure, cold-pressed oils with distinct sensory profiles.
