Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) govern the sale of products on the Panery website, accessible at https://panery.fr/, by the company SAS Vins et Huiles de Panery, to any person making a purchase through the site (hereinafter “the Customer”). The products offered for sale mainly include olive oils and wines.

3. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (particularly in colour, labelling, or vintage for wines) may occur without engaging the seller’s liability. Product photographs are not contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The Customer places an order via https://panery.fr/. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and the description of the products available for sale. The sale becomes final after: order validation, full payment, sending of a confirmation email to the Customer.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods: bank card and bank transfer. Transactions are secured via Shopify.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery area: France Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days Delivery times are indicative only. A delay cannot give rise to compensation.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Products must be returned: unopened, unused, in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products (including opened bottles).
9. Sale of Alcohol
The sale of wine is strictly prohibited to minors. By validating the order, the Customer declares: being at least 18 years old, having the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. Consume responsibly.
10. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products. In any case, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. For more information, the Customer is invited to consult the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the panery.fr website (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the seller’s registered office.
