Originally from La Capelle-et-Masmolène, Benjamin Delille honed his skills for over 22 years in some of the finest establishments in the Gard region, including ten years at the helm of Le Comptoir du 7 in Uzès. In Panéry, he creates precise and generous cuisine, blending Gard tradition with modern touches.
