Gaia, in homage to the eponymous Goddess, is the estate's exceptional, confidential cuvée; these wines are elegant and gastronomic, vinified in particular in French oak barrels to bring them complexity and fleshy notes.
Very limited quantities and numbered bottles, sealed with wax.
