Our olive oils come from carefully selected harvests, where each variety is picked at full maturity to preserve all its aromatic richness. Precise and respectful harvesting methods capture the freshness and purity of each olive, offering superior quality in every bottle. This care in harvesting ensures intense and harmonious oils, perfect for accompanying your recipes.
In brief
Everything you need to know about our olive oil
This long and respectful process allowed us to extract our product drop by drop. The olives are placed in a hammer mill, which crushes this raw material.
The olive paste is then kneaded at a temperature not exceeding 80.6°F to homogenize this mixture. Our olive oil thus retains all its flavors and benefits.
After this, the olive paste is transferred to a centrifuge to separate the solid from the liquid. Then, after recovering our oil, it is bottled in a dark container to preserve its properties.
Our cans and bottles have been selected from specific materials to preserve the benefits and flavors of our olive oils.
To ensure optimal preservation of our olive oil, we recommend storing it away from light and any heat source. By following these recommendations, the taste properties of your oil will remain unchanged, offering you the possibility to maximize its potential, even beyond its minimum durability date.
