When Jacqueline discovered the Domaine de Panéry in 2018, she instantly fell in love with its hills, plains, vineyards, and oak trees. Since this first encounter, the estate has been modernized, rebuilt, and expanded—it has been brought back to life. New balanced blends of grape varieties recognized in the Gard region have been introduced: Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, and Mourvèdre for reds and rosés; Grenache, Marsanne, and Viognier for whites. Today, the estate produces vintages that continue to improve in quality and coherence, offering a consistent and award-winning range.Alongside the vineyards, nearly 120 hectares of olive trees have been planted, making the Domaine one of France’s leading olive producers. These olives now yield rich and complex virgin oils that are highly regarded by many restaurateurs and featured in the kitchens of renowned Michelin-starred chefs. The Domaine de Panéry also hosts a boutique hotel with around fifteen rooms located in the historic farmhouse and manor house. The architecture respects the traditions of the Gard region while showcasing noble materials and exceptional decoration. Each room offers a serene and comfortable experience enhanced by contemporary art pieces. In collaboration with Ceysson & Bénetière, regular exhibitions bring life to the estate’s gallery. As for the restaurant, it reflects the freshness of modern cuisine, emphasizing local producers and seasonal ingredients. It is a culinary experience full of flavors and aromas true to the Gard region’s heritage, complemented by the estate’s olive oils and wines.
