Our White Wine, La Glacière 2023
La Glacière – IGP Pont du Gard, displays a beautiful pale color with green reflections. This is an expressive wine with an initial freshness on the palate, unfolding into floral and mineral notes. La Glacière shines as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with sautéed shrimp and asparagus or a sea bream ceviche with citrus fruits.
Vinified using a different method than our Madone 2021, this white wine exudes greater freshness and subtlety while retaining a certain power on the palate.
